"If continial breakfast is suppose to start at 7am, then it needs to be completely ready at 7, not 7:30 - we were almost late getting my son to a swim clinic due to this. The room was too small for 3 people. We thought it being a suite, that it would be larger."

"Room was stuffy- air conditioner did not adequately cool the room, this my only complaint. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and will try this hotel again on my next trip to Dallas next month. If booked into the same room I would make sure that the AC works better as when the weather is hotter I would have to complain about it or switch rooms. It was not a huge issue this time as the weather was not hot- I just like using the AC even in the winter as it freshens the air quite a bit. I liked the room set up, the conveinience to where I was doing business and the free snacks in the room! It was quiet and clean. I recently stayed at Intercontinental, a supposed four star hotel and yours was a better experience!"
