"The rooms were not always cleaned each day, we had to ask for clean towels. We had trouble with the bathroom, no hot water, toilet wouldn't flush at times. We did speak with a manager about this and they tried to fix the problem. The vending machines weren't working, this was frustrating.
The outdoor pool did not seem to be clean."
