"On a positive note:
Forgot my deodorant, called the front desk who willingly delivered a small travel deodorant to door AND I didn't get a charge. Excellent customer service!
On a negative note:
There were black hairs on the tile in the bathroom and bathtub.....just feels unclean. But, other than that, enjoyed
my stay."
