"Hello there I liked the price of the room that was why I booked it in the first place. However once I checked in and I had a long flight there was no remote control for the TV and I called at 5 PM and they said that they bring one to my room at once. So I waited about 45 minutes no one came I went to the bar ( quite expensive)and said to the desk where is the remote. So sorry will bring one to your room. Went to the room about a hour latter no remote. Went downstairs to meet a friend and asked again so sorry we get you one. Went to dinner down town Dallas came back couple of hours latter no remote. Asked 3 times and got nothing. And you know what once you are in bed and tired and you wish to watch TV it is a pain not to have a remote. All the best."
