"The only comment that I have for you is that there was not any creamer in the complimentary coffee basket in the room. Minor point, but I did need to call room service for a pot of coffee and cream, which by the way was only $6.00; very reasonable price for a pot of coffee. I have stayed in some hotels that charged $20 for a pot of coffee. Other than that, the stay is very enjoyable. I do travel quite a bit, and I have stayed at some 5 star hotels all over the country, so I am hard to please. Your hotel was more than satisfactory, it was clean and very comfortable. Thank you!"

"the room was tiny and adjoining the price however was not tiny and we were not told ahead of time that this would be the case. Also we had long waits just to get on the elevator."
