"Front desk clerk was taking personal calls on the phonw when we were checkign in and on her cell phone while checking us out. No manager on site and they charge the room to my credit card at the hotel after y'all charged me online and no one knew how to remove it. Indoor heated pool was freezing which is the only reason I picked to stay here. Interactive room services on tv ie. nintendo, movies, internet did not work. Bathroom door did not close in room. Cordless phone did not work in room screws all around toilet and lid loose."
